WHY REPAIR PARTS?
Through the years we have learned that our rugged platforms very seldom wear out. There are still  Roll-A-Reels from 1945 out there! Most repair parts are purchased because something BAD has happened...

Rust is enemy, the chassis has the finest of powder coat technology but it can be scratched and dinged. The rollers are GALVANIZED, and the bearing are PLEATED. Bearings have shielding for the balls, but they are not absolutely water proof. When lubricated and clean, the bearings are good for several hard showers.

THE LOVE, CARE & FEEDING OF ROLL-A-REELS:

DO
  Know your Roll-A-Reels.
  Keep the  Roll-A-Reels clean and lubricated. Be careful not to flush dirt into the
  bearing when lubricating. Feed 'em OIL!
  Roll-A-Reels are INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT.
  Be Careful!
  THINK SAFETY!
  WORK SAFELY!
  Know and understand load WEIGHTS and DIAMETERS!

DO NOT
  Do not use Roll-A-Reels for purposes beyond their design parameters.
  Do not store Roll-A-Reels outside unprotected.
  Do not use parts other than  Roll-A-Reel.
