The Roll-A-Reel Company has 99% same day ship rate if orders are received before 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time (same as New York) for normal business days.  All shipments are F.O.B. Cincinnati, Ohio and unless otherwise requested, are shipped "best way, freight prepaid" with charges added to the invoice. This usually means that one - two platforms per order ship via UPS and larger orders (heavier) go via UPS FEIGHT on a pallet.

The Roll-A-Reel Company ships worldwide from our Cincinnati, Ohio warehouse using the Freight Forwarder of your choice.

TRACKING NUMBER

The Shipping company's tracking number appears on all order paperwork and is emailed or faxed at the time of shipping to the customer.
